Catering services are available for all types of events including weddings, parties, corporate functions, and other get-togethers. Sandy, the owner of Santeas, has over 30 years of experience catering for groups from two people to over 300 guests.
The Menu: Santeas specializes in Indonesian cuisine including the traditional Indonesian Rice Table called the Rijsttafel. Sandy can make other types of food to meet your needs and wants. She will meet with you to tailor the menu for your function.
Rijsttafel: A buffet set in the traditional Indonesian style as was done at the Selecta in Bangor, Pennsylvania. The meal can begin with a salad and be complemented with a special cocktail designed to go with the meal. The buffet consists of the following dishes:

Nasi Kuning (yellow rice)
Ajam Pedis (chicken dish)
Fish & Shrimp dish
Pork dish
Egg dish
Rendang (Spicy Beef dish)
Vegetable dish
Peanut sauce
Serundene (roasted coconut topping)

Cakes: Sandy has been a cake baker and decorator for over 30 years. She can make any cake from baby's first birthday through elaborate wedding cakes for hundreds of people. She can meet with you to show pictures of her previous work and provide samples of available cakes. Cakes are baked fresh and never frozen as many bakers do.
Desserts: Desserts of all kinds can be provided for your functions. Sandy can arrange platters of cookies, hand-dipped chocolate fortune cookies, cupcakes, fresh fruit, chocolate fountain with accompaniments, and any other ideas that you may have.
Pricing: All prices are per person and based on the actual cost of ingredients.
