Sandy has over 30 years of experience in the food industry. She worked for 12 years at the Selecta, an Indonesian restaurant, located in the foothills of the Pocono Mountains in Bangor, Pennsylvania. It was there that she learned to cook Indonesian cuisine. Through the years she has developed her own cake baking business where she has created beautiful cakes for every occasion from birthdays to office parties to weddings. Sandy is now a certified barista and expanding her catering specialties to beverage services. She can provide full event planning and catering for any size party.
